Things Homeowners Want to Know
Will someone need to be home when it shows up? Not always. If the driver knows exactly where it goes, many companies are fine with you being out. Check when you book.
Is my lawn okay for it? Usually, if the ground is flat and firm. A muddy or soggy yard can be tough on the truck.
When should I book for a summer party? As soon as your date is set, since warm-weather weekends tend to fill up. For a remodel, a few days of notice is often enough.
Will it smell? A clean unit with a working vent is pretty mild. Setting it in a shady spot, away from where people eat, helps too.
